Share with us, the splendor of the unspoiled, unhurried outdoors, in what many call the "BEST" location in Hampton Roads! You’re invited to spend this summer and fall at our Suffolk family campground and experience our exceptional vacation paradise with endless things to do, like great restaurants, museums, parks, golf, and near-by historical towns to explore. All of our sites offer gravel pads, full hook-ups, pull-thru capability, and 30/50 AMP electrical service. Davis Lakes Resort is not open to the public. Campground is available only to cabin and RV guests. RV sites only. No tents sites.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel a reservation, you must do so 7 days prior to your check-in date. If you do not cancel 7 days prior to your check-in date, you lose your whole deposit! Deposits can be refunded, minus a $10.00 cancellation fee, if the cancellation policy is followed. There is no exception!
Visitor Policy
All visitors pay $5.00 per person to enter the park, if they stay the night, it's an extra $5.00 per person paid by 6 PM, if not staying the night they must leave by 10 PM. Quiet time is at 11 PM for all guest. If visitors want to enjoy the aqua glide, kayak, and or paddle boards, they pay extra $10.00 per person for the day. Check with office on how many visitors you may have, there is a limit, and their names must be left at the office. Visitors check in at the office and we will give them a pass to enter the park. Effective from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
